Can I stay at Sunset Prairie now?
Yes. Limited overnight stays are available now in our 36-foot Class A motorhome, which sleeps up to four guests.
What's included in the motorhome?
The motorhome includes a private queen bedroom, full-size pull-out sofa, full kitchen with a residential-style refrigerator, gas cooktop and microwave, a full bathroom with separate vanity, and a spacious living area with an electric fireplace.
What does the $50 VIP deposit do?
It locks in 40% off your first eligible stay in the future cottages, plus pre-release booking access and VIP perks like a farm welcome basket, a free farm tour and flexible check-in.
When do the cottages open?
We’re targeting Fall 2027 for the first permanent accommodations. VIPs will be able to book before general availability.
Is 40% really the best rate?
Yes. VIP pricing is the lowest rate Sunset Prairie will offer, and it exists only during this founding period.
Do VIP perks apply to the motorhome?
The VIP perks are designed for the future permanent accommodations. Any application to current motorhome availability will be confirmed at booking.
Is my $50 VIP deposit refundable?
Yes. Your deposit is refundable until you use your VIP benefit to book your first eligible stay. Complete VIP terms apply.
Can I visit before becoming a VIP?
Absolutely, and we’d encourage it. Farm visits are available by reservation on select dates, priced per vehicle rather than per person, so bring the family.
